Gather Your Ingredients:

  1. Unsalted Butter- this makes the base of the whipped butter. You can also use salted butter, just reduce the salt by half if you do. I prefer to control the salt amount so I use unsalted.
  2. Sea Salt- balances the sweetness of the sugar and honey.
  3. Honey- Gives the butter that lovely flavor and staple taste.
  4. Vanilla Extract- adds a touch of warmth.
  5. Ground Cinnamon- a pinch of cinnamon lightly spices the butter as the perfect balance to the honey.
  6. Powdered Sugar (optional)- I like to add a touch of powdered sugar to my honey cinnamon butter to add a touch more sweetness and to help it set up. This is optional and you can skip it! Don’t use granulated sugar or the butter will be gritty.
