Ingredients
1/2 (113g)cupunsalted buttersoftened
4 (56g)Tbsphoney
2 (24g)Tbsppowdered sugar
1/2tspground cinnamon
1/4tspsea salt
1/2tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Add the softened butter to the mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar, honey, cinnamon and salt. Whip with hand beaters on low to mix the ingredients, then increase the speed to high for 3 minutes to create a light and fluffy texture.
Room Temperature- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.Refrigeration- Store your honey cinnamon butter in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes so it softens and becomes spreadable again. If needed you can re-whip it for that light and fluffy texture.
