Hello dear bakers! I’m Joselyn, the author and creator behind Friend in Knead.
My love for cooking & baking started when I was little, in the kitchen with my mom. I took my first Wilton cake decorating class at 12, and I’ve been hooked on all things baking ever since.
Over the years, that love has grown into creating recipes that are simple to follow, reliable, and actually worth your time.
Whether you’re just getting started or more advanced, my goal is to help you make something that turns out just right and that you’re excited to share.
When I’m not creating recipes, you can usually find me spending time with my husband, Jeffrey, who I couldn’t do any of this without, and our kids soaking up the sunshine or relaxing at the beach. I’m so glad you’re here. Now let’s bake something delicious.
