In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice (or vinegar) until smooth.
¼ cup (60g) sour cream, ½ cup (120g) full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon (15g) lemon juice or white vinegar
Add all the dried herbs and spices: garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon dried dill, ½ teaspoon dried parsley, ½ teaspoon dried chives, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
If you prefer a thinner consistency more like dressing for drizzling, stir in water, milk or buttermilk, 1 teaspoon at a time.
Optional: 1–2 teaspoons water, milk or buttermilk to thin
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
