Hello dear bakers! I’m Joselyn, the author and creator behind Friend in Knead.

Some of my sweetest childhood memories are baking fresh bread with mom – nothing compared to that first slice, slathered with butter and honey, as we lingered at the table talking and laughing.

My Mission

For me, baking isn’t just nourishment- it’s about connection, love, and the joy of sharing something made with care and clean ingredients. Each recipe I create is meant to bring people together, to spark conversation, and to pass on that warm feeling I grew up with.

When I’m not testing new recipes, I’m running my micobakery, tending my garden and chickens, and enjoying life with my husband and kids.
